In the event that the purchased goods are found to be inadequate, the customer has the right to replace his purchases within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the returned goods are new, clean, etc. and that they are accompanied by the original label and box.

Goods must be sent in a rigid box, as they can be damaged if sent in an envelope.
The following must be included with the shipment:
1. the identification of the purchase, or the invoice / purchase document obtained with the order,
2. an indication of the reason for the return (shipping error, defective item, right of withdrawal).

If by MICHELESSI S.R.L. the desired item will not be available, the replacement cannot be made. In this case, the customer can choose a different item, or request a refund. If the item requested in exchange should be more expensive than the one returned, MICHELESSI S.R.L. will inform the customer of the difference to be paid.

We recommend that you pay the utmost attention to the protection and packaging of the goods to be returned.

RETURN
We guarantee our Customers the ability to return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the returned goods are new, clean, etc. and that they are accompanied by the original label and box.
Returns from companies will not be accepted (Purchases with invoice).

After receiving the returned goods, MICHELESSI S.R.L. will send the amount due to the Customer within 7 working days.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg: accessories, attached software, etc …); the law does not apply to sealed products once opened; the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, display protection films, warranty stamp on intact spare parts, etc …); to limit damage to the original packaging, according to law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer. when the aforementioned conditions are not complied with, or in the face of threats for extortion purposes.

Complaints regarding damage / manufacturing defects, after more than 14 days from the date of purchase, will be considered positively only on condition that they are accompanied by the original invoice.
Complaints regarding damage occurred during transport will be considered only on the basis of a complaint protocol completed in the presence of the carrier of the goods (postman or courier agent).
